My name is Charlotte and I am the owner of A2 Workplace Consulting (A2 because I have 2 girls Aaliyah and Alexis).
I decided to start my own business last year while I was on maternity leave. I was dreading going back to work and leaving my babies! So the idea of Workplace Consulting hit me, I could raise my girls and also keep my sanity doing what I am passionate about. And that is sharing my knowledge of HR/ Workplace Health and Safety/ Industrial Relations and everything in between! I have always had a passion for learning and also for organising so I want to get your business into tip top shape without the fear of penalties! Ignorance is not an excuse anymore there are too many avenues to get the information your business might need!
But that's just one half of my business, I decided I also wanted to share my knowledge from being a HR Manager for the last 8 years and help people with their resumes, cover letters and provide a service which helped them prepare for interviews especially school leavers and working mothers!
Unfortunately we live in an age where HR and Recruitment has become quite impersonal and too often a person doesn't actually see your resume unless the computer has shortlisted you!
So I'm not just your run of the mill "creative writer". I have real world application and know what recruiters are looking for because I used to be one!
