with more than 15 years experience across multiple industries.

I have completed a Bachelor of Laws, Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and other related professional certificates. These qualifications give me a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to provide professional services to small businesses.

With a background in blue collar industries such as Logistics, Warehousing and Manufacturing I am uniquely placed to assist and support your business. From a career start as a Industrial Relations Specialist at the Chamber of Commerce assisting all industries to progressing to State HR/WHS Manager for a national Intermodal Logistics company. I understand the needs of all businesses both large and small.

With a focus on providing a hands on and supportive role to small businesses I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills. Small business owners are generally time poor and focused on building a business and bringing the money in. With this as the sole focus we often lose sight of the important building blocks of a business, you need to have solid foundations particularly once you start hiring employees. I also find small business often needs that extra support without the need for full time assistance. A no fuss approach I believe in keeping things easy, simple and cost effective.

Late 2018 I took the opportunity to establish my own start up business A2 Workplace Consulting. The reason for A2 is because I have two daughters Aaliyah and Alexis and it’s because of them that I decided to go down this path. Based in South East Queensland I am able to offer in house services and remote services Australia wide with Zoom training offered.
